The CEO STAR Awards is held annually to celebrate and recognise Sentosians who deliver excellent service and ensure peace of mind for guests, as One Sentosa. This year, the awards ceremony took place at ONE°15 Marina Club, where recipients are recognised in several categories, including the Star Experience Award, Star Collaboration Award, Star Resilience Award, and Workplace Safety & Health Award.
The Star Experience Award spotlights those Sentosians who best embody Sentosa’s core SHOW Values: Safety, Helpfulness, Outstanding service, and Welcoming hospitality. The award finalists are selected from the monthly SHOW star winners, with their evaluation based on three key criteria: Impact, Effort, and Initiative. This award encompasses distinct categories, such as the Safety Award, Helpfulness Award, Outstanding Award, Welcoming Award, and SHOW Master Award.
The Star Collaboration Award is granted to two exceptional individuals or teams who have demonstrated outstanding collaborative efforts in their roles. The Star Resilience Award is presented to individuals who have made significant contributions to maintaining Sentosa as an enjoyable yet secure destination for visitors. The Workplace Safety & Health Award is conferred both as an individual and team recognition.
