This event unpacked how enterprises and employees can invest in skills upgrading and job redesign as part of a holistic workforce transformation strategy to accelerate change and drive productivity.
As part of the event, 21 companies pledged their commitment to support a skills first talent strategy.
This commitment will help to prepare their workforce for the changing requirements of the economy.
The IHRP also signed two Memorandum of Understanding agreements, one with the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore and the other with Nanyang Polytechnic, to foster future ready HR and to increase the impact on workplace learning and workforce development.
The event concluded with a panel discussion featuring MOS Gan, focusing on the role of skills in enhancing productivity and the pivotal role of HR in driving a skills reboot.
