– Institute for Adult Learning Singapore Professor Renee Tan’s cutting-edge research on business performance drivers and Nichol Ng’s insights into the digital transformation at X-inc stood out as especially impactful.
– Industry experts from Association of Small & Medium Enterprises, DBS Bank, Singapore Institute of Technology and Singapore Business Federation delivered invaluable perspectives on navigating the SkillsFuture landscape, moderated by Wenshan Xu of SSG. The discussions were packed with practical advice on upskilling strategies, workforce development, and how businesses can leverage these to drive growth and innovation.
The engaging discussions and valuable insights shared will play a crucial role in advancing workforce development, upskilling and enhancing HR practices.
