The CEO STAR Awards is an annual event recognising Sentosians who exemplify excellent service and contribute to guest satisfaction as part of One Sentosa.
This year’s ceremony was held at ONE°15 Marina Club, honouring recipients across several categories: Star Experience Award, Star Collaboration Award, Star Resilience Award, and Workplace Safety & Health Award.
The Star Experience Award celebrates individuals who best reflect Sentosa’s SHOW Values—Safety, Helpfulness, Outstanding service, and Welcoming hospitality, with finalists chosen from monthly SHOW star winners and evaluated on Impact, Effort, and Initiative.
The Star Collaboration Award acknowledges strong partnerships across Sentosa, while the Star Resilience Award honours those who have contributed to keeping Sentosa a safe and enjoyable destination.
The Workplace Safety & Health Award recognises both individuals and teams for excellence in safety and health through effective management systems.
