The 21st Pro-Enterprise Panel – Singapore Business Federation (PEP-SBF) Awards event was held today, with Minister for Trade and Industry Mr Gan Kim Yong as Guest-of-Honour.

The annual event celebrates the contributions of businesses and Government agencies towards strengthening Singapore’s pro-enterprise environment. 21 awards were given out to individuals, businesses, trade associations and chambers (TACs), and public sector agencies at the event.
In his opening address, Mr Gan shared that regulators played an important role in driving change by keeping track of emerging trends and supporting businesses who want to launch new and innovative products or improve their business processes.
He said that the ability to respond quickly to new developments in partnership with the private sector had been a key strength for Singapore in managing the COVID-19 pandemic.
