The Community Sports Night is an annual celebration of the efforts by all the 88 CSCs in unifying the community through sports. It celebrates the passion and dedication of CSC members and recognises the good performance of the CSCs for the past year.
Emcee Lester Leo was the emcee for the People’s Association Community Sports Night 2018.
Two categories of awards namely the Community Sports Club Award and Community Engagement Award will be presented at Community Sports Night
1. The Community Engagement Awards are presented to CSCs that have conceptualised and implemented innovative or unique community sports programmes to cater to the diverse interests of the residents
2. The Community Sports Club Award recognizes the CSCs’ extensive efforts to widen and deepen the engagement of residents through sports. The awards are determined by the performance of the CSCs for the past year, in areas such as programming, partnerships, publicity and people development
Community Sports Night is organised by the (fifth term) CSC Council.
