The Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) gathered its family of agencies to celebrate the outstanding contributions of public officers at its annual National Awards Ceremony.
The ceremony honoured colleagues from across the MSE family, comprising the National Environment Agency (NEA), PUB Singapore’s National Water Agency, and the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), who have made significant contributions to public service in Singapore.
The National Awards recognise various forms of merit and service to Singapore, shining a light on those who have gone above and beyond in their roles and responsibilities.
Among the awards presented were the Commendation Medal, conferred upon officers who have rendered commendable performance and conduct, and demonstrated significant efficiency, competence and devotion to duty. The Efficiency Medal was awarded to officers who have shown exceptional efficiency and devotion to duty. The Long Service Medal recognised officers of irreproachable character who have dedicated at least 25 years of steadfast service.
