The National Day Awards are given annually to recognise individuals for their many years of outstanding contributions and dedicated service to Singapore.

618 officers from the Healthcare Family have been honoured with National Day Awards in twenty-twenty (2020). Of the 618 National Day Award recipients, 54 have been awarded the Distinguished Service Order, Public Service Medal, and Public Administration Medals. These officers have received their awards from President Mdm Halimah Yacob, at a ceremony in April 2021.
The MOH NDAI presented the Commendation Medal, Efficiency Medal and Long Service Medal to deserving recipients.
This event was held over two days and Minister Ong Ye Kung and Minister Masagos Zulklifi was the Guest-of-honour respectively.
