Food&HotelAsia (FHA) has played a pivotal role in shaping the F&B and hospitality sectors across Asia for more than 40 years.
Ms Low Yen Ling, Minister of State for Trade & Industry, was the Guest-of-Honour.
MOS Low also shared that the government is behind the industry and would strongly support players in the F&B space. She brought teams from Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore), Enterprise Singapore and Singapore Tourism Board to provide support.
Ian Roberts opened the event by sharing that this year’s FHA Food & Beverage is set to be one of the biggest ever. It is expected to welcome more than 60,000 attendees, with over 1,500 exhibitors and 82 international pavilions from 52 different countries and regions, showcasing a rich diversity of offerings.
As the Country-of-Honour, His Excellency, Norbert Dr. Riedel, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Singapore, shared about the success of German F&B businesses.
This event used to be biennial, but starting in 2023, FHA switched to become an annual event.
Partnering with ProWine Singapore Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, this will solidify FHA-Food & Beverage as the premier gateway for fostering international trade relations in the F&B industry.
