Sembawang celebrated Halloween with a bang! House of Horrors @ Sembawang featured over 1200 people attending this fun celebration.
Guest of honor was Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Minister for Transport Mr Khaw Boon Wan and emcee was Emcee Singapore Lester Leo.
