Healthier Together @ North East is a community wellness initiative in Singapore aimed at promoting active, healthy lifestyles and disease prevention for residents. It features mass community walks, senior fitness challenges, health talks, and health screening distributions like FIT (colorectal cancer) kits.
Mr David Neo, Acting Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Senior Minister of State for Education, was the Guest-of-honour.
He was hosted by Mr Baey Yam Keng, Mayor of North East District and Minister of State for Transport and Culture, Community and Youth.
Healtheir Together @ North East brought residents of all ages together to take positive steps towards healthier living.
Residents, families and friends gathered at Healthier Together @ North East for a lively and meaningful day centred on wellness, awareness and community care. Through fitness activities, health talks, screenings and hands-on booths, the event encouraged participants to take positive steps towards better health while learning more about the importance of prevention and healthy living.
- Walk Together: A 2.4 km community walk alongside exercise demonstrations.
- Screen Together: Educational talks on cancer prevention and FIT kit collection drives.

- Move Together: A Senior Fitness Challenge designed to promote active aging.
