Happy to be in Bali, Indonesia, hosting the AIA Singapore District Kick-off!
Over 1200 achievers convened in Bali for dynamic kickoffs and strategic planning sessions, setting the stage for the Snake year ahead.

I also had the privilege of moderating a panel session featuring the event’s keynote speaker, changemaker, and AIA Global Ambassador Melati Wijsen, discussing how everyone has the potential to be a changemaker.
We also covered questions on making a difference, overcoming resistance and the power of storeytelling to inspire and motivate the achievers for an even better year ahead.
As part of the event, the achievers made a meaningful impact by giving back to the underprivileged, touching the lives of approximately 330 children from the Jatiluwih and Mengesta Villages in northern Ubud, Bali.
They showcased their creativity by painting shoes, bags, and crafting cardboard bookshelves for the children. Some of the designs were truly remarkable, reflecting both talent and heart (take a look at the pictures).
AIA also contributed 650 avocado seedlings to the villages as part of a sustainable initiative to uplift the community.
These trees, which take approximately three years to bear fruit, will provide a long-term source of income.
Proceeds from the sale of the avocados will be reinvested to benefit the villages, creating a cycle of growth and support.
